On a flat-bottomed boat stocked to the brim with supplies and their hearts filled with hope for a prosperous future, our Donauschwabien ancestors traveled down the Danube and turned swamplands into Europe’s “breadbasket”. As their vineyards and farmlands flourished, their hard work became immortalized in history.

 

Although we no longer have our homeland, we continue the legacy of our forefathers, hoping to remember the traditions of our past through beautiful memories made in the present. We invite you to celebrate their memory with us.
